Ich hoffe, dass die Betrachter/innen meiner Arbeit durch innere Reflektion und Dialoge lernen und entdecken werden, dass ungreifbare Momente Menschen aufrecht erhalten. Menschen, die grosse Trauer, Verlust, Leid, Erniedrigung oder Missachtung erleben mussten und dennoch über ihre Grenzen hinauswachsen. Vielleicht werden die Betrachter/innen - wie ich selbst - etwas in sich selbst endecken, dass sie dazu anregt, etwas dazu beizutragen, egal in welchem Ausmass, dass Sicherheit, Chancen und Wohlstand global zugute kommt und fördert.

I do what I do in the light of my love for the movements and the visions I see.
I feel blessed having been given the tools that enable me to express my inner world. I perceive these inspiring images from Songs, from Stories told, from life's reality. Breath-taking, fragmented perspectives and moments of different people I try to recognise and cherish.
When I work I feel at one with the universe and creation. Starting from a raw piece of marble I love to experience a sculture's coming into being. Noticing a head growing out of a stone for the first time, later a face or limbs still held close to the body I am reminded of birth and the creation of life.
